    Responsibilities:
    SolutionDesign andImplementation:Collaborate with clients to understand theirMarketing/Sales/Customer Service requirements and design solutionsusing Dynamics 365 CRM forMarketing/Sales/CustomerService.
    Implement and configure Dynamics 365 CRMMarketing/Sales/CustomerService modules to meet clientspecifications.
    Customize and extend the system to address unique businessneeds.

    BusinessProcess Analysis:Conduct thorough analysis of Marketing/Sales/Customer Servicebusiness processes and identify areas fo improvement andoptimization. Workclosely with business stakeholders to gather and documentfunctionalrequirements.

    RequirementsGathering: Engagewith clients to understand their Marketing/Sales/Customer Servicegoals andobjectives. Elicitand document detailed functional and technical requirements for CRMMarketing/Sales/Customer Serviceprocesses.

    Dynamics365 CRMConfiguration:Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRMMarketing/Sales/CustomerService modules based on businessrequirements.
    Implement and manage Marketing/Sales/Customer Service automationlead management and campaign managementfunctionalities.

    Integration:Collaborate with technical teams to design and implementintegrations between Dynamics 365 CRMMarketing/Sales/CustomerService and othersystems. Ensureseamless data flow and synchronization between CRM andMarketing/Sales/CustomerServicetools.


    Training andDocumentation:
    Conduct training sessions for endusers on the use of Dynamics 365CRM Marketing/Sales/Customer Servicefeatures. Createand maintain detailed documentation for configurationscustomizations andprocesses.

    Testingand QualityAssurance:Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionalityusability and performance of Dynamics 365 CRMMarketing/Sales/CustomerServicemodules.
    Collaborate with testing teams to validate integrations and datamigrations.

    ClientSupport: Provideongoing support to clients addressing inquiries issues andenhancement requests related to Dynamics 365 CRMMarketing/Sales/CustomerService.
    Work closely with the support team to resolve incidents and ensureclientsatisfaction.

    Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or relatedfield. Provenexperience as a functional consultant with a focus on Dynamics 365CRM Marketing/Sales/CustomerService.
    Indepth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM Marketing/Sales/CustomerService modules andcapabilities.
    Strong understanding of marketing processes lead management andcampaignmanagement.
    Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM to meetbusinessrequirements.
    Familiarity with marketing automation tools and integrationconcepts. Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills. Ability towork collaboratively in a teamenvironment.
    Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM will be aplus
