Role Summary

We seek a highly motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to design and validate lightweight aerospace structures for extreme VLEO environments.

Responsibilities

1. Develop 3D CAD models assemblies detailed engineering drawings.
2. Create high-fidelity FE models including contacts bolted joints complex boundary conditions perform static thermal thermo-structural coupled temperature-displacement analyses conduct modal harmonic random vibration shock simulations evaluate stress deflection buckling margins factors of safety validate FEM models analytical calculations load-path estimation support material selection structural thermal requirements contribute structural optimization mass reduction performance prepare structured technical reports design recommendations support subsystem system-level structural testing validation

B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering;
