Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Machine learning and Deep Learning algorithms and models for various AI applications.
• Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in Deep Learning and Machine Learning algorithms, models, and techniques.
• Train and fine-tune Machine learning and Deep Learning models using large datasets to achieve high accuracy and performance.
• Evaluate and compare different Machine learning and Deep Learning algorithms and models to determine the most effective solutions for specific tasks.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to integrate Machine learning and Deep Learning models into software applications or systems.
• Optimize Machine learning and Deep Learning models for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with the AI team to identify, define, and prioritize AI projects and tasks.
• Explore and experiment with new Machine learning and Deep Learning techniques, frameworks, and tools to enhance our AI capabilities.
• Assist in analyzing and interpreting data to derive meaningful insights and drive decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the documenting of AI algorithms, models, experiments, and results.
• Present research findings, progress updates, and project outcomes to the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in developing and deploying OCR algorithms using CNNs and RNNs.
• Knowledge of popular machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sci-kit-learn.
• Solid understanding of image processing techniques and data augmentation methods.
• Excellent programming skills in languages like Python and familiarity with relevant libraries and tools.
• Experience with OCR libraries such as Tesseract or Google Cloud Vision API.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering OCR and document validation projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent programming skills in languages like Python and familiarity with relevant libraries and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a cross-functional team.
