Customer Service Representative BPO Job Description

Overview:

This is a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative/Associate job with BPO experience. As part of our team, you will handle day-to-day quoting, ordering, reporting and other order and supply management.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively with US and global customers via video, phone calls, or email to ensure excellent customer service.
2. Utilize strong English language competency for writing reports & communication;

• * Work closely with suppliers on pricing inquiries&, inventory checks,& creating orders;
