    Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled

    Manager of Product Design

    to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 9 to 15 years of experience in the

    UX department , with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing product design projects.

    As the Manager of Product Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product design process, from conception to implementation.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and meet the needs of our customers.


    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team of product designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
    • Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process.
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
    • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
    • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into our design processes.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and performance of the product design team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Manager of Product Design or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.
    • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design process.
