Job summary
The Manager – HR Managed Services (Employee Offboarding) will lead and manage the end-to-end employee offboarding process for KPMG India. This role ensures seamless execution of offboarding activities, compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements,and delivery of a positive exit experience for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 8-10+ years progressive HR experience.
