    Description

    Responsibilities:
    1.


    Java Development:

    • Extensive handson experience in Java development, demonstrating a deep understanding of core Java concepts and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Drools, PostgreSQL, and Hibernate.
    2.


    Web Technologies:

    • Strong expertise in clientside technologies such as JavaScript.
    • Indepth knowledge and practical experience with Angular 8 or later versions.
    3.


    System Design:

    • Proven ability to conceptualize and implement scalable and efficient system designs.
    • Experience in architecting and implementing robust and scalable microservicesbased applications.

    Leadership:

    • Serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and mentorship to the development team.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design, develop, and deliver highquality software solutions.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.

    Code Quality and Best Practices:

    • Enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.
    • Conduct code reviews to ensure highquality, efficient, and maintainable code.

    Problem Solving:

    • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating a proactive and analytical approach to problemsolving.
    8.


    Continuous Learning:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
    • Share knowledge with the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering / MCA/MSc
    • Proven experience as a Senior Java Developer with leadership responsibilities.
    • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Drools, PostgreSQL, Hibernate, JavaScript, and Angular.
    • Experience in system design and architecture.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a development team.
    • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
