    Skill required

    • years of Singapore IT staffing/IT sales experience
    • and demonstrable ability to achieve sales quota quarterly basis.
    • have expertise in bringing Direct Clients in the staffing industry(APAC Staffing).
    • to hunt for new logos and handle end to end sales
    • have a strong network to go after for quick wins
    • English written and oral skills. Can start quickly
    • to handle pressure and manage client's and internal expectations
    • a Sales Manager, you will sell Nityo's staffing services and solutions to clients across industry verticals in Singapore Market.
    • qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
    • combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, LinkedIn InMail, etc.)
    • in cold-call prospecting to nurture clients to create net new opportunities.
    • sales leads/appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
    • for achievement of monthly, quarterly, year-to-date, and annual sales goals/targets.
    • weekly updates to management on sales activities, results, and forecasts.
