About The Role

As a process analyst in the Process Architecture Enablement team, you will have the opportunity to gain breadth across all facets of process management and be a key contributor to the design and delivery of process excellence through the support of ANZ's business process management system (Signavio)You will play an important role in uplifting Signavio, ensuring the system is well managed so we can effectively deliver process management and insights to Australia Retail and Australia CommercialThe role will support the Process Architecture Enablement lead to deliver the backlog of work for BAU process management

About You

Supporting and embedding the process framework that aligns process and control management linked to the process architectureMaintaining hygiene of Signavio for Australia Retail and Australia CommercialScoping, defining and managing business requirements for system improvementManaging day-to-day process management queries across Australia Retail and Australia Commercial in an appropriate and timely mannerManaging and supporting the uplift of frameworks, guides and capabilitiesManaging all reporting for process management including governance and HIP related metricsManaging the process classification frameworkDelivery of process modelling training

Skills RequiredProficiency in process modelling best practices, such as BPMN2.0Administration of SignavioExperience working with technical aspects of BPMSWorking knowledge of process classification frameworks and their use in process managementElicitation of business requirements and translation to relevant stakeholdersAbility to train others in the use of BPMS tools, process modelling and process managementDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively in all forms (including presentation) and simplify complex messages to stakeholdersDeep business analysis skills, including reporting, structured thinking, organisation skillsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with influencing and relationship building abilityExperience with process automation toolsExperience in the development of user stories, test cases, sprint planning and use of Agile tools such as Jira and ConfluenceKnowledge of Lean and experience in process analysis is highly regardedUnderstand and generate reporting & data visualisation through tools such as Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense and Tableau.
