Job Description

• Aptean is looking for a seasoned Associate Recruitment Manager to join our growing Talent Acquisition team with more than 5+ years experience in Recruitment
• Strong sourcing skills, Market intelligence and impeccable skills on multiple platform recruitment.
• Team management and business partnering/stakeholder engagement
• Manage hiring volumes and demand across India and working with the senior leaders in and outside of India
• Data driven and conscious of demands
• Good Experience in Working on Complex and Niche Skills.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the interview process
• Update key stakeholders with regular progress meetings and information
• Challenge the business on expectations on delivery and candidate talent
