    Description

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Analyze market data and investor feedback to understand external stakeholders' and investors' needs and preferences.

    • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, project future revenues, and assess investment opportunities.

    • Prepare financial forecasts, budget plans, and variance analysis reports to support decision-making processes.

    • Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans and initiatives aligned with company goals and objectives.

    • Provide analytical support and insights to facilitate strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance and operational efficiency.

    • Perform thorough market analysis to cover industry trends, competitor tactics, and prospective market prospects.

    • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, assess risks, and resolve issues as needed.

    Requirements

    Skills:

    • Monitor KPIs regularly and prepare performance dashboards and reports to track progress against targets.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization across various business functions.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives and streamline workflows

    • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools and software, such as MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and Zoho

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

    • Minimum of more than one year of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or consulting roles.

    • When you receive your application, the HR Team will send a simple quick questionnaire as an assessment test to move forward to the evaluation process.
    • There will be a telephone interview of shortlisted candidates after the evaluation of the questionnaire.
    • Shortlisted candidates should go through a final round of interviews via Online Interviews on Zoho Meeting or in Person.
    • Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow.
