- Develop Channel Network Strategy to achieve sales and revenue through Channel Partners.
- Direct and Oversee Organizations Channel Sales Policies, Objectives and initiatives.
- Set Short and long term Channel Sales Strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current Programs.
- Overall Channel Partner Executive Team management.
- Expand growth of Channel network across Mumbai, Outstation and NRI Markets to achieve sales revenue and market share.
- Organize events and other promotion branding activities to increase visibility.
- Will be managing 4/5 Cluster Heads across Mumbai each having 8 to 10 Business Development Managers.
- 8 - 10 Years in Leading Distribution or Channel Sales.
- Ability to lead a large Team and drive productivity.
- Age- Not above 40.
- MBA from a top institute will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work without supervision is a must.
- Should have excellent relationships with Channel Partners.
