    Job Title: Channel Sales Head

    Experience: 8+ years

    Location: Mumbai

    Job Synopsis:

    Inviting a Leader with minimum 8 years of rich real estate experience, for a Young & Dynamic Organization to build a robust distribution strategy.

    Job Description:

    • Develop Channel Network Strategy to achieve sales and revenue through Channel Partners.
    • Direct and Oversee Organizations Channel Sales Policies, Objectives and initiatives.
    • Set Short and long term Channel Sales Strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current Programs.
    • Overall Channel Partner Executive Team management.
    • Expand growth of Channel network across Mumbai, Outstation and NRI Markets to achieve sales revenue and market share.
    • Organize events and other promotion branding activities to increase visibility.
    • Will be managing 4/5 Cluster Heads across Mumbai each having 8 to 10 Business Development Managers.

    Required Candidate profile

    • 8 - 10 Years in Leading Distribution or Channel Sales.
    • Ability to lead a large Team and drive productivity.
    • Age- Not above 40.
    • MBA from a top institute will be an added advantage.
    • Ability to work without supervision is a must.
    • Should have excellent relationships with Channel Partners.
