    Job Title: Generative & Agentic AI Engineer – Machine Learning / Data Engineering Background (3 Years Experience)

    Location: Hyderabad, India

    Work Mode: On-site (mandatory – must work from office daily)

    Shift Timing: Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, to overlap with Canada time zone)

    About the Role

    We are looking for a hands-on Generative & Agentic AI Engineer with a strong foundation in Machine Learning and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate has around 3 years of total IT experience, including 1–2 years in ML/Data Engineering and at least 1 year in Generative AI — with practical exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and Multi-Agent orchestration.

    This is a Hyderabad-based, on-site position in an AI-first environment where you'll design and deploy next-generation intelligent systems that combine reasoning, retrieval, and multi-agent collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and implement Generative & Agentic AI solutions integrating LLMs, retrieval systems, and agent frameworks.
    • Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems (e.g., Planner, Retriever, Generator, Evaluator, and Feedback agents) using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or Autogen.
    • Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma).
    • Collaborate with ML and Data Engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines, feature stores, and model-ready datasets.
    • Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs via Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or Gemini models.
    • Implement context-aware reasoning and knowledge-grounding using LlamaIndex, Knowledge Graphs, or hybrid RAG architectures.
    • Integrate models via FastAPI / Flask, ensuring scalable and secure deployment through MLOps / LLMOps workflows.
    • Work closely with product and research teams to deliver high-impact, reliable AI applications aligned with enterprise standards.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.
    • Experience:
    • 3 years overall in IT.
    • 1–2 years in Machine Learning or Data Engineering.
    • 1 year in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, or agent development).
    • Demonstrated work with Agentic AI / Multi-Agent frameworks.
    • Technical Skills (NOT ALL SKILL SETS ARE MANDATORY):
    • Programming: Python, SQL, PySpark.
    • LLM Ecosystem: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Gemini.
    • Agentic AI Tools: LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, or similar orchestration frameworks.
    • Data Stack: Airflow, Spark, BigQuery, Snowflake.
    • Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma.
    • API Development: FastAPI, Flask, RESTful API integration.
    • DevOps / Cloud: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or Azure AI Studio.
    • ML Stack: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.

    Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)

    • Built multi-agent ecosystems for document reasoning, chat orchestration, or workflow automation.
    • Familiar with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
    • Exposure to AI evaluation frameworks like RAGAS, Giskard, or
    • Experience implementing AI governance, safety, or reliability mechanisms.
    • Contributions to open-source AI or multi-agent projects.

    Soft Skills

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
    • Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
    • Eagerness to learn and experiment with cutting-edge AI tools.
    • Ability to manage deliverables independently during overlapping time zones.
