Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Center
AM/Manager to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai Lower
Parel, Maharashtra, India. As the Center AM/Manager, you will be responsible
for overseeing the overall operations of our flagship center, ensuring a
seamless and exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position and
requires a minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in a Retail role
Proven track record of managing and leading teams at center for managing day to
day issues
Strong knowledge of retail operations and Retail sales operations
Experience in implementing Retail marketing strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools
Control statutory and stock management
Must be Open Minded, Absolute
go getter, struggler, taking initiatives on his own & against all odds.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship center for Gaming
and Hospitality
Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience at all times
Supervise and train center staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Develop and monitor operational budgets for the center
Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with the marketing team internal and external to execute
promotional activities
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
Monitor competitor activities and recommend competitive strategies
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Prepare and submit regular reports on center performance
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Salary Package : 6 LPA (50,000/- per month)
