    1. Expertknowledge on Netcool Suite of products like NOI Omnibus Impact ITNMITNCM Cognos RBA ASM.
    2. Hands on experience in MessageBus probe SNMP Probe Corba probe Syslogprobe.
    3. Good Development experience increating Impact policy for complex requirements (includingcorelation integration with3rdparty applications DB flat filesetc.)
    4. Pro in probe rules andcustomization.
    5. Good in creating Run bookautomations.
    6. Good experience in creatingcustom class files stitchers discovery phases fixingissues.
    7. Should be expert in creating outof box solutions (including RESTSOAP)
    8. Hands on in integrating to otherapplications like ITSM any NMS / applications etc.
    9. Experience in tweaking and fixingissues / creating ASM Topologies.
    10. Good in creating custom Reportsin Cognos.
    11. Strong Unix PLSQLexperience
    12. Experience on Installation /Upgrade solution designing and configurations for the toolsmentioned.
    13. Experience in cluster / HAconfiguration deployment on virtual infrastructure andOCP
    14. Strong leadership Communicationskills
    15. Knowledge on Cloud Architectureand Databases (Oracle MySQL NoSQL Moog softetc)
    16. Domain knowledge of Data CenterFixed and Mobile (2G 3G 4G5G)Networks.
    17. Exposure to Linuxenvironments
    18. Responsible to create the ASBuildDocuments HLDs LLDs Blueprints
    19. Design Roadmap and implementshort and longterm strategic plans to meets existing and futurerequirements.
