About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven sales professional to lead business growth in Reproductive Genetics diagnostic solutions.

This is a high-impact managerial role requiring strong scientific acumen, consultative selling capability, and the ability to build long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.

Education:
Science Graduate (Life Sciences preferred)
Experience: 3–7 years (Diagnostics background preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Prenatal & Postnatal Reproductive Genetics tests
Engage with Fertility Specialists, Gynecologists, Pediatricians, and Hospitals
Identify, onboard, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
Conduct product presentations, CMEs, and training programs for clinicians and lab partners
Ensure seamless coordination of sample collections, logistics, and report follow-ups
Maintain accurate sales data and activity reports through CRM systems
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in genetic diagnostics
What We're Looking For
Strong territory management and client relationship skills
Scientific aptitude with a consultative sales approach
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in diagnostics
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
