    About the Role
    We're hiring a Business Development Executive based in India to work remotely during U.S. PST hours. This is a ground-floor opportunity to establish our sales function. You'll identify and develop new client relationships and play a key role in growing our U.S. IT services and staffing business.

    Key Responsibilities
    Prospect and engage U.S.-based clients looking for IT services or staffing
    Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking
    Build relationships with hiring managers, procurement, and IT leadership
    Partner with our delivery team to ensure successful client onboarding and support
    Maintain CRM and provide regular reporting on outreach and pipeline

    What We're Looking For
    2–4 years of experience in US IT staffing or IT services sales
    Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
    Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
    Comfortable working night shift (PST hours) from India
    Self-starter with the drive to build and grow from scratch
