Spares Order Coordinator - Vadodara, India - ITT Inc.

Position Summary

Handling parts orders to support growing & development plan of Parts business within ITT India. including local parts manufacturing.

Essential Responsibilities

a) Prepare quotations interpret / clarify customer needs, select correct parts
b) Obtain blue sheets and RPD's when not available
c) Handle and communicate customer's queries
d) Work with ASM to follow-up with customers on parts quotes
e) Enter and maintain parts orders
f) Communicate with CSC / export on expediting orders
g) Interpret customer requirements and coordinate special requests
h) Communicate order status to customer
i) Follow orders through shipped stage and advise customers
j) Coordinate with customers the return of wrong or incorrect ordered parts through RMO (return material order) process
k) Resolve discrepancies
l) Assist in collection issue on Invoices
m) Maintain / communicate active offer to sales managers and reps
n) Maintain / communicate sales results to sales managers and reps
o) Prepare monthly reports
p) Maintain filing system
q) Maintain and update serial number records
r) Proactively suggest process improvement

Position Requirements

Education: BE/B Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience:
