Role Details for Operations Lead:

Operations excellence at scaleThis role will require operating multiple center types with differing degrees of control at scale in a highly efficient manner, delivering the highest quality standards for consumers, continuously improving on these quality standards and iterating to make the system lean and efficient.

Key metrics the owner is responsible for include:FootfallsCenter standards (always new) scoreCost per attendProduct rating, NPSeNPS, churn

The role would be responsible for all formats across GX - 1P, GX - FOFO, Gyms - 1P, Gyms - FOFO, Gyms - 3P and Sports facilities.
