Operations Manager


Location:
Bengaluru, Kochi, and Calicut


Qualifications:
Degree (Mandatory)

Experience :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Team Management

Salary Range:
₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Shift:
Day shift (6 days work)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of BPO services, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team, analyze business processes, and optimize operations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and improve service quality.
• Screen and recruit production staff, plan training programs, manage employee issues, and conduct employee reviews.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in operations management
• Knowledge of Path Lab logistics and supply chain management
• Proficiency in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi
• Strong organizational and time management skills
