      • Track compliance obligations at project level
      • Coordinate between project teams and audit teams
    • Coordination and Collaboration
      • Coordinate between project teams and stakeholders
      • Coordinate HSE Central audit of Capex Projects
    • Reporting and Reconciliation
      • Generate MIS reports
      • Reconcile budget and costs incurred
    • Claims and Payments
      • Check and certify claims, bills, and payments
      • Purchase request and purchase order collation
    • Project Support
      • Follow up on project payments
      • Support leasing and operations teams
    • Team Coordination
      • Coordinate with finance, accounts, compliance, procurement, and tax teams
      • Handover completed projects to OPS/Tenant teams

    Requirements

    • Qualifications
      • B.Tech/B.Arch graduate with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience
    • Skills and Competencies
      • Project management skills
      • Knowledge of building construction and refurbishment projects
      • Effective communication and stakeholder management
      • In-depth understanding of commercial property developments
      • Awareness of industry best practices and latest trends

    About This Role
