    Description

    Associate Project Manager - Systems

    Supporting iEnvision for Managed Access Program (MAP) project lead in implementation and configuration of tool as per the program needs

    - Managing the data flows, data mapping and migrations, and data quality

    - Collaborating closely with country medical teams, global medical teams, vendors, Quality, IT and any other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of iEnvision

    - Driving the UAT by developing relevant test cases

    - Facilitating project meetings, meetings minutes and track action items.

    - Developing user manuals and instructions for MAP systems and business solutions and ensuring the relevant trainings are in place based on the users & access requirements.

    - Managing the training plan for users & controlling the user access and providing the needed support in the Change Management plan.

    - Serving as superuser for iEnvision and work as a main person to support for all the users or stakeholders on the queries related to iEnvision.

    - Giving support to internal and external users, including requesting physicians, on questions related to systems, portals and tools and escalate when appropriate.

    - Ensuring GxP controls in iEnvision

    - Identifying the opportunities in improving the user experience and compliance

    - Managing tool enhancements post go-live to ensure evolving business requirements are addressed.

    - Coordinating with Business Leads for iEnvision to manage configuration updates with the vendor.

    People:

    (1) Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders;

    (2) Liaise and coordinate with colleagues from Global & Local medical teams, Project Management team, Vendor, Quality & IT;

    (3) Serve as primary contact for queries related to iEnvision

    Performance:

    (1) Efficient and effective implementation of iEnvision;

    (2) Developing a robust testing mechanism for UAT

    (3) Managing the Data quality during migration;

    (4) Timely sharing the project meeting notes to all the relevant stakeholders with appropriate actions;

    (5) Setting up GxP compliant tool

    Process:

    (1) Good understanding about an IT tool design and implementation & ;

    (2) Good knowledge on Managed Access Programs/ Early Access Program dynamics & requirements;

    (3) Managing all the country requirements are captured in the tool design and implementation;

    (4) Documentation storage and archival procedures with GxP knowledge ;

    (4) Quality;

    About you:

    Experience: 5+ years of experience in an IT tool implementation using Agile methodology; Having Medical programs knowledge and GxP knowledge is desirable

    Soft skills: Strong communication skills (written & verbal), innovative and creative thinking Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Technical skills: Project Management with Agile methodology, MS office skills,

    Education: Bachelor/Higher degree

    Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
