    We are currently hiring Territory Sales Executives - Retail sales from Building Material Industry such as Pipes, Pipe fittings, Paints, Cement, Tiles, construction chemicals, sanitary fittings etc. experienced candidates for Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow and Bhubaneswar locations.

    Your Responsibilities & Tasks:


    • Targeting Mass Sales for Assigned Area from Projects and Retail sales


    • To identify opportunities and develop relationships with Builders/MEPs/Architects.


    • Manage Channel Sales partner, Dealers and Sell products by establishing contacts with retailers/dealers/contractors.

    Achieve the Sales Target for Designated Area:


    • To achieve the sales targets monthly, quarterly and annually, set by management for the assigned area for projects.

    Product Awareness:


    • To launch new products by conducting meetings with Builders/contractors/ Influencers (Engineers, Applicators) and retailers/dealers to bring awareness about product properties, advantages and application areas.

    Sales Promotions:


    • To Manage Sales promotion activities i.e. all ATL and BTL activities with builders at their offices/site/ IPA/Credit and related exhibitions/seminars, retailers/dealers/contractors.

    Relationship Management:


    • Maintain relationship with retailers/dealers/builders/MEPs/Contractors/Architects by providing support, information and guidance. Special sales promo activities like tickets (movie/matches), plant visits, gatherings, sponsoring their group meeting etc. Work closely with all business departments to encourage cross-selling culture.

    Your Profile:


    • Graduate / Post graduate with 4 to 10 years of experience in core Retail OR Project Sales.


    • Must have strong knowledge about Building Material Industry.


    • Ready to work in an Individual contributor role.

    Key Competencies:


    • Good communication skills, presentation skills & knowledge of basic excel.


    • Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales process, lead generation process.


    • Must have Knowledge of sales promotion activities i.e. all ATL and BTL activities with Builders/Consultants/Architects/Dealers/ Retailers.
