Roles andResponsibilities:
Understanding Fits andTolerances: Gain knowledge and practical experience inunderstanding fits and tolerances for differentcomponents.
Root CauseAnalysis: Learn and apply root cause analysis techniques toidentify the underlying causes of quality issues.
Writing Inspection Reports: Preparedetailed inspection reports based on product quality assessmentsand measurements.
MaterialAcceptance: Learn the process of accepting inward materials andconducting quality checks.
Material Issuance to Assembly: Understand how to issuematerials from stores to the assembly line ensuring accuracy andtimely delivery.
Documentation:Assist in creating Goods Received Memos (GRMs) and material requestdocuments.
FIFO Analysis:Perform FirstIn FirstOut (FIFO) analysis to ensure proper stockrotation and minimize waste.
StockVerification and Maintenance: Participate in stock verificationactivities and assist in maintaining accurate inventoryrecords.
Vendor SiteInspections: Accompany quality engineers on vendor site visits toconduct inspections and assess quality standards.
Tools and Instruments: Familiarize yourselfwith various tools and instruments used in quality control andmeasurement.
SOP Digitization:Contribute to the digitization of Standard Operating Procedures(SOPs) related to quality control and storesmanagement.
Note: Additionaltasks may be assigned by the mentor or supervisor based on projectrequirements.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants to gainindustry experience. The candidate is expected to be ahighly-motivated engineer with good communication skills. If youare self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional and have aneye for detail, then you are at the right place. Core FunctionalResponsibilities: Create electrical workshops and Electricalcourses Ability to simulate electrical applications Developing abest practice methodology including testing approach and exceptionreports Approach motion solutions development and problem solvinganalytically Develop manufacturing processes according to globalengineering codes and standards Understand the needs andrequirements, manage projects, SOP and deliver them on time Design,develop, and test electrical systems, including power distribution,control systems, and instrumentation. General Responsibilities:Generate electrical schematics, diagrams, and technicaldocumentation using CAD software. Perform feasibility studies andrisk assessments for electrical systems and components. Collaboratewith mechanical, software, and other engineering teams to integrateelectrical systems into overall project designs. Conduct thoroughtesting and troubleshooting of electrical systems to identify andresolve any issues. Support the procurement and sourcing ofelectrical components and equipment. Provide technical support andguidance to other team members as needed.
