Job summary
To excel as a Hotel Representative for Ambiance Holidays a strong communication sales and customer service skills to effectively promote and sell tours and car hire services to hotel guests enhancing their travel experience contributing to the overall success of the tour operator.
Responsibilities
- Interact with hotel guests to promote and sell tour packages car hire services
- Provide accurate information on tours destinations itineraries rental options Assist guests with bookings ensure all details are entered correctly Deliver excellent customer service by handling guest inquiries resolving issues promptly Coordinate with operations teams hotel staff ensure smooth service delivery Build strong working relationships hotel front desk concierge teams Meet or exceed assigned sales targets performance KPIs Maintain records guest interactions bookings sales activities Collect guest feedback suggest improvements enhance services Maintain professional appearance positive attitude flexible work schedule
