    Key One Property Management is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting research to identify potential leads in target markets, utilizing various methods to gather lead information, and engaging with prospects to obtain contact details.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth
    • Utilize cold calling, online outreach, and other methods to gather lead information and qualify prospects
    • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of prospective leads, including contact details and engagement history
    • Collaborate with the appointment team to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition process
    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets, providing regular updates and insights to the management team
    • Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and engagement strategies, helping to refine and optimize their approach

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and colleagues alike
    • Proficiency in using online platforms and messaging tools for prospecting and outreach
    • Ability to handle objections and resistance from prospects, with a focus on finding creative solutions and closing deals
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Familiarity with lead generation techniques and best practices, including data analysis and market research
    • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with a focus on meeting and exceeding goals and objectives

    Scope

    • Prospecting and lead generation activities, including initial outreach and engagement with potential leads
    • Qualifying and prioritizing leads for Closing, with a focus on identifying high-potential prospects and opportunities
    • Maintaining and updating lead databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information at all times
    • Collaborating with the marketing and leasing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
    • Assisting the Leasing and management team as needed, providing support and guidance to help achieve business objectives
