- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Datadog Admin or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Datadog monitoring system and its various modules
- Experience in configuring and managing monitoring tools and systems
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and system performance monitoring
- Hands-on experience in creating custom dashboards, alerts, and reports in Datadog
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Certification in Datadog administration is a plus
- Manage and configure the Datadog monitoring system to effectively monitor and analyze the performance of our IT infrastructure
- Create and maintain custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to track key metrics and ensure system reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues and enhance system performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the Datadog monitoring system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in system monitoring and management
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on the effective use of the Datadog monitoring system
