    Job Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Analyze market trends, identify target audiences, and create data-driven plans to achieve desired outcomes.

    Campaign Planning and Execution:

    • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including Meta, email marketing, and others.
    • Ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns to meet objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    Data Analysis and Optimization:

    • Utilize analytical tools and tracking platforms to monitor campaign performance.
    • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to improve return on investment (ROI).
    • Implement optimization strategies based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.

    Reporting and Performance Analysis:

    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Presentation findings to stakeholders and contribute to ongoing strategy refinement.

    Pre-requisites:

    • Three years of experience in performance marketing with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands
    • Proven success in creating and executing successful marketing strategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
    • Understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.

    Requirements:

    To be successful in this role, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
