    AbouttheOpportunity:Weare seeking proven sales performers to help us grow our loyalcustomer base for our MidMarket Business segment in India. This isa role for someone who is a hunter and hungry for new businesssuccess.
    Responsibilities includegenerating new business in new accounts and expanding the footprintinside existing customers as well asplaying a key role as you drive strategic CRM initiatives forcompanies across the North India market. This is a role for someonewho can see the value of Spend Automation and who can be acombination salesperson and evangelist to get Happays penetrationinto the sector growing even more. On top of your own businessdevelopment we provide a range of support functions to help createand drive opportunities with internal teams so it is not just youagainst theworld.


    What youwould do:

    Developing and managing relationships within ourMidmarket/Enterprise Business segment focusing on customers inregion assignedManaging complex salescycles and
    presenting to Clevel executivesthe value of our enterprise suite ofapplications.
    Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement inCRM while creating satisfied andreferenceable customers.
    Demonstrating our product and creating a differentiated valueproposition


    Shouldbe able to visit companies to pitch for theproduct



    Whatyou must have:
    4 years of experiencecarrying quota and closing deals insoftware (business applications preferred) or technologysales. Successful trackrecordmanaging deals with customers in West / SouthIndia. Consistently overachieved quota (top1020% of company) in past positions.
    Experience managing and closing complexsalescycles.
