    You Have1-5years of industry experience to reflect the skills and talent necessary for this role5+ years of experience in a desktop support environmentKnowledge of IT Infrastructure processes and technical skills, including a broad knowledge of hardware and softwareExperience handling confidential informationExperience troubleshooting and resolving general IT issuesCompleted study in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldA+ Technician or Network+ CertificationExperience communicating with team members by phone, email and in personYou Will
