- Act as a custodian and process owner for Finance & Controlling business functions across the shared service center for respective entities.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on actuals and forecasts for the corporate reporting.
- Prepare accurate and efficient variance reports with analysis of deviations/exceptions against budget and forecast.
- Coordinate activities with cross-function teams and set up processes for data collection and maintenance of master data/conditions etc. for accurate costing results.
- Prepare data, information, and reports for multiple stakeholders at various levels in the Finance department.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and analyses for the Business Unit.
- Support audit process with efficient and standardized reports, for all – statutory, internal, and SOX.
- Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountant/MBA (Finance) from a B-School with relevant experience.
- 5 to 8 years' experience in financial analysis/project controlling functions.
- Worked in the chemical manufacturing industry with a global multi-national organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Business Warehouse, PowerBi, SAP Analytical Cloud).
- Able to work independently.
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, creates enthusiasm, be a driver of change, analytical and fact-based.
