    The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong MICE experience. Should be an outbound specialist
    • Should have a strong network in the travel industry (vendors, hoteliers, transporters etc.)
    • Sales & Operation through sharing relevant ideas in terms of M.I.C.E destination & logistics feasibility
    • Sharing the ideas of travel to specific needs, e.g., M.I.C.E, Leisure & Business
    • Preparing tailor-made itineraries and presentations for pitching business to corporates
    • Extended support to colleagues in reaching out to corporates and helped them get confirmed business to boost their confidence
    • Oversee file operations of the acquired business and provide impeccable customer service
    • Develop and suggest strategic marketing plans for business
    • Solving problems, including last-minute hiccups through existing relationships in the market and experience.
    • Maintaining relationships with DMCs and staying updated on products
    • Maintaining relationships with hoteliers from different regions
    • Better logistics understanding by handling big group sizes varying from 50 to 1000 Passengers
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Strong ability to multitask
    • Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
