    Job Description:

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Equipment Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our company's growth by promoting and selling our range of cutting-edge medical equipment and solutions to healthcare providers. As a Medical Equipment Sales Engineer, you will combine your technical knowledge and sales expertise to build strong relationships with clients and help them make informed decisions regarding their medical equipment needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Technical Expertise:

    • Develop a deep understanding of our medical equipment and solutions, including their technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to medical equipment.

    Sales and Relationship Building:

    • Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical equipment.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrators to understand their specific needs and recommend suitable solutions.

    Sales Strategy:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Create and maintain a sales pipeline, accurately tracking prospects and opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations.

    Customer Education and Support:

    • Provide technical assistance and support to clients during the sales process.
    • Educate clients on product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Market Research:

    • Gather market intelligence and competitor information to refine our sales approach and product offerings.
    • Share feedback from the field with the product development team to help improve our products.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven track record in medical equipment sales, preferably in a technical sales role.
    • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex technical concepts.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative.
    • Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance is an advantage.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Schedule:
