    1. Manage Zuora configurations: The administrator should be able to configure and manage the various Zuora features such as products and pricing, subscriptions, billing and payments, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

    2. Maintain Zuora data: The administrator should be able to manage Zuora data by adding, updating, and deleting data as required. They should be able to create custom fields, objects, and layouts.

    3. Troubleshoot issues: The administrator should be able to troubleshoot any issues related to Zuora such as errors, bugs, and user issues. They should be able to resolve these issues promptly and effective
