- Strong knowledge and experience in structural analysis, as well as structural engineering and civil engineering principles
- Proficiency in STAAD-Pro & ETABS, with a focus on AutoCAD
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision in creating accurate and detailed structural designs
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Masters degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is compulsory

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Structural Design Engineer at BuildSpire. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting structural analysis, utilizing your expertise in structural engineering and civil engineering. You will also use STAAD-Pro, to create detailed structural designs and drawings. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with architects, reviewing and revising designs, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
