TheEntrepreneur In Residence (EIR) plays a crucial role in drivinginnovation and strategic growth for the organization. This remoteposition requires a visionary leader who will work closely with ourexecutive team to identify new business opportunities developinnovative strategies and support the growth of ourventures.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Drive innovationand entrepreneurship within theorganization
• Identify and evaluate new businessopportunities
• Develop and implement innovativebusiness strategies
• Provide mentorship andguidance to startup teams
• Support the growthand development of new ventures
• Leadcrossfunctional teams to execute strategicinitiatives
• Collaborate with internal andexternal stakeholders to driveinnovation
• Evaluate market trends and identifygrowth opportunities
• Provide strategic guidanceand support to startup founders
• Create andmaintain a network of industry experts andadvisors
• Conduct market research andfeasibility studies for new ventures
• Developand manage strategic partnerships andcollaborations
• Evaluate potential investmentand acquisition opportunities
• Lead and overseethe development of business plans and financialmodels
• Provide thought leadership and expertiseon entrepreneurship andinnovation

RequiredQualifications:

• Proven experience asa successful entrepreneur or startupfounder
• Demonstrated leadership in drivinginnovation and strategic growth
• Excellentunderstanding of market trends and industrydynamics
• Strong strategic thinking andproblemsolving skills
• Exceptional communicationand interpersonal abilities
• Extensive networkin the startup and venture capitalecosystem
• Deep understanding of businessdevelopment and venture financing
• Experience inmentoring and advising startup teams
• Ability tothrive in a fastpaced and dynamicenvironment
• Strong financial acumen andbusiness analysis skills
• Bachelors degree inbusiness entrepreneurship or related field (MBApreferred)
• Proven track record of successfulventure creation and growth
• Experience in angelor venture capital investing is a plus
• Abilityto drive change and foster an entrepreneurial mindset within theorganization
