    Job Overview

    RankBloc Services is seeking a motivated BPO Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a BPO Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Junior BPO executives and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role is based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a Full-Time position. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international BPO setting.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within an international BPO
    • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound calls, inside sales, and customer service processes
    • Proven track record of team leadership and achieving targets
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and lead a team of Junior BPO executives, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the BPO team, including inbound and outbound calls, inside sales, and customer service
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to drive quality and productivity improvements
    • Identify training needs and conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve team and individual targets, meeting or exceeding client expectations
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and streamline operations
    • Prepare performance reports and present them to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement
