Job Summary:

Client is looking for Lab Project Manager and this is onsite position in Banglore, India.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Oversee equipment, calibration, and safety training as it applies to laboratory operations.
• Coordinate requests for projects with technicians/engineers and work with them to ensure the project requirements (pertaining to analyses) are clearly defined, understood, and executed.
• Monitor project schedule, progress, and deadlines. Verify and validate laboratory data as required.
• Must have excellent problem-solving skills to solve challenges in the lab. They may encounter issues related to various audit issues, requiring them to implementing alternative approaches and keep up with technology and automation to craft unique and innovative solutions to such issues.
• Ensure complete compliance according to industry standards by documenting all the processes and adjusting them, if necessary.
• Taking the lead on driving issues, when necessary, especially if they have become stagnant.
• At least 3-5 years of technical project management experience.
• We prefer that you have prior relevant experience in a similar or related industry but it's not a requirement.

Must Haves:

• Previous experience in a Project/Program Manager type role
• Good understanding of PCs (hardware, firmware, software)
• Great communication (written and verbal)
• Strong organization skills (follow up skills, tracking, etc.)
• Proficient in Excel

Preferred Skills:

• Power BI experience [if not, willing to learn]
• Macros (Excel) experience
