    Role Description

    The Assistant Brand Manager role is to develop a brand strategy for a company. He/she will oversee a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research .They will be conducting market research for the company.

    Location - Mumbai,Malad West (Mindspace). Please apply if you are willing to travel daily to the location.

    Working days - 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

    Experience years

    Qualification - BMM or MBA/PGDM with Marketing Specialisation.

    Compensation - As per market standards

    Role and Responsibilities

    A. Brand Management :

    1. Help to developing, briefing, implementing, monitoring, and measuring integrated marketing activities, required to create awareness for thinKitchen in the online and offline space.
    2. Participate in developing the Annual Operating Plan(AOP) and marketing budgets.
    3. Help with brand launches, new product rollouts, packaging inputs., POS and collateral development, photo shoots and video assets as required.
    4. Understand brand thinKitchen and ensure consistent brand tonality across all touchpoints including content and communication strategy.
    5. Provide support and direction to all internal and external teams for social, PR and website management.
    6. Understand industry, consumer trends and help with building external presentations as required.
    7. Be the gatekeeper of schedules around all marketing activity and analyse impact of marketing efforts.
    8. Maintain, analyse, and report data across relevant Marketing metrics and for MIS purposes.
    9. Extend marketing support to other departments and coordinate with internal and external parties for brand requirements. Coordinate with finance teams on invoice processing.
    10. Coordinate with brand partners as required to ensure relevant brand assets are available for marketing use.

    B. Content

    1. Lead and coordinate all efforts (in conjunction with the PR agency), including but not limited to content creation and seeding, product placements, influencer and other collaborations, activations.
    2. Ensure development of a quarterly calendar, smooth and timely implementation and monitor outcomes in terms of reach, backlinks, awareness, and engagement and communicating internally on all outcomes in the space.
    3. Develop, as required, and collaborate to ensure dissemination of correct, on-brand communication across multiple touchpoints such as catalogues, Av's, videos.
    4. Guide the design team on all CRM content development.

    C. Commerce

    1. Support and oversee operational efforts related to advertising placements, brand POS, and creative development in offline and ensure smooth execution.
    2. Help in identification, negotiation, and Implementation of all marketing efforts around trade and consumer show participation.
    3. Work with SEO, Digital, Tech and Content/ Design teams for optimization of customer experience on website to drive conversion.
    4. Participate in vendor negotiation, Monitor and Report on outcomes and help in maximising returns on marketing investments.

    D. Community

    1. Manage, direct, and ensure timely implementation of all social media content (via social team, in-house efforts) to create awareness and build engagement across Instagram, Fb, LinkedIn, and YT.
    2. Calendarize, Execute and Measure all CRM and customer outreach and communication efforts through emailers, WhatsApp drive repeat purchases.
    3. Identify and evaluate and post approval implement brand partnerships to help with customer acquisition and brand awareness.

    Functional Skills :

    1. Brand management and 360 marketing experience on B2C brands/ businesses.
    2. Experience working and directing agency teams.
    3. On-going hands-on experience on Excel (pivots, Vlookup, conditional formatting, duplicate removal, data validation etc) is a must.
    4. Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
    5. On-going hands-on experience with PowerPoint
    6. Experience with Shopify backend and analytics would be a huge plus.

    1. Strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
    2. Leadership and collaboration skills.
    3. Ability to prioritize and work within timelines and ensure deliverables from team members, external agencies etc are on brief and in time to facilitate smooth workflows.
