    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Technical Associate to join our team.     Key Responsibilities

    Product & Domain Immersion

    • Collaborate with product owners and senior developers/trainers to understand tech stack requirement and domain-specific workflows.
    • Analyse existing system architecture, feature sets to grasp the end-to-end product lifecycle.

    Assignment Solutioning

    • Break down domain‐focused assignments into clear, step-by-step implementation plans.
    • Implement the high-quality, well-documented solution code for assigned tasks and plan the training materials for same.
    • Demonstrate problem-solving using one or more of the following technologies:
    • Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra)
    • Back-end Languages & Frameworks: Python (with basic ML pipelines), Java, GoLang, C# (.NET, Blazor)
    • Front-end: ReactJS
    • Big Data & Messaging: HDFS, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT, DLMS
    • Data Analytics: Basic ETL, data‐wrangling, and visualization techniques

    Mentoring & Technical Training

    • Develop comprehensive training materials (slide decks, code samples, lab exercises) aligned to each technology domain.
    • Helping in the hands-on training for new hires (fresh college graduates), ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
    • Provide technical guidance, one-on-one code walkthroughs, and constructive feedback.
    • Track trainee progress through quizzes, project milestones, and regular check-ins.

    Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

    • Maintain up-to-date system documentation, architecture diagrams, API specs, and onboarding checklists.
    • Publish "How-To" guides or internal wiki articles covering frequently encountered challenges and solutions.
    • Organize periodic "Tech Talks" or brown-bag sessions to introduce new tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications & Skills

    Educational Background

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, Electronics & Communication or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
    • 0–3 years of professional experience

    Technical Proficiencies

    Candidates should be familiar with some or most of the following (strong fundamentals in at least three areas are expected):

    Database & Data Storage

    Relational: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server

    NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, or equivalent

    Basic data modeling, ETL concepts, and query optimization

    Programming Languages & Frameworks

    Python & ML Basics: Scripting, data‐processing (Pandas), introduction to supervised/un supervised learning

    Java: Core concepts, RESTful API development, dependency management (Maven/Gradle)

    • GoLang: Go modules, concurrency (goroutines, channels), building simple microservices
    • C#/.NET Core & Blazor: .NET fundamentals, Razor/Blazor components, dependency injection, entity framework basics

    Front-end Development

    • ReactJS: Components, state management (hooks), JSX, functional programming paradigms
    • Familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript syntax and build tooling (npm, webpack, Babel)

    Big Data & Messaging

    • HDFS: Core HDFS commands, shell scripting (Bash), basic understanding of distributed file systems
    • Apache Kafka & RabbitMQ: Producer/consumer patterns, topic/queue management, message serialization (JSON/Avro)
    • MQTT: Lightweight messaging for IoT use-cases, broker setup (Eclipse Mosquitto or similar)
    • DLMS (Device Language Message Specification): High-level overview, when/how it fits into smart metering or IoT stacks

    Data Analytics (Foundational)

    • Data wrangling using Python (Pandas, NumPy)
    • Basic visualization (Matplotlib) and exploratory data analysis
    • Awareness of data pipelines (batch vs. streaming)

    DevOps & Tooling (Basic Awareness)

    • Version control with Git (branching strategies, pull requests)
    • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI) – basic build/test/deploy workflows
    • Containerization awareness (Docker fundamentals)

    Soft Skills & Personal Attributes

    • Communication & Presentation: Clear, concise English (verbal and written); ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable segments for trainees.
    • Collaboration & Teamwork: Comfortable working in an Agile development environment; proactive in asking questions and offering solutions.
    • Problem-Solving Attitude: Analytical mindset with attention to detail; resourceful when researching new topics.
    • Passion for Learning: Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies; willingness to rapidly upskill in unfamiliar tools or languages.
    • Mentorship Aptitude: Empathetic, patient, and approachable when guiding fresh graduates; ability to break down complex problems into simple, digestible steps.

    Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

    • Academic projects or internships involving at least two of the following: Python/ML pipelines, a Java- or GoLang-based microservice, or a C#/.NET Core web application.
    • Exposure to live big-data environments (Hadoop ecosystem, Spark) or basic experience configuring Kafka or RabbitMQ clusters.
    • Experience presenting in college seminars or internal "lunch & learn" sessions.
    • Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying simple environments (EC2, S3, or Azure App Service).
    • Certification in any of the relevant domains (e.g., Oracle Certified Associate – Java, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate).
