Job summary
The Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance calibration and installation of instrumentation and control systems across the chemical manufacturing facility
This includes ensuring the proper functioning of all measurement and control equipment to support safe efficient and continuous operations
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation maintenance and repair of instrumentation and control systems across the facility
- Ensure that instrumentation systems such as flow meters pressure transmitters temperature sensors and level gauges are operating correctly and are calibrated as per schedule
- Work closely with productionand maintenance teams to troubleshootand resolve equipment issues
- Promote safety-first practices withinthe team ensuring all tasks are performed with proper safety protocols
- Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field(li)Minimum 1+ years of experience in instrumentation maintenance and control systems(li)Experience in a chemical manufacturing or similar process industry is highly desirable
