- Consulting Delivery - Responsible for delivering world-class Cloud practices and processes to our clients. Interface with middle and senior-level client personnel to develop business implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement. Designing outstanding business solutions to support Best Practice implementations.
- Project Delivery - Participate in a team of global IT professionals and/ or subject matter experts in establishing complete business & functional requirements, translating those requirements into actionable project initiatives w/associated metrics.
- Thought Leadership - Provide insight to new and emerging best practices in the retail and consumer goods domain and cloud. And innovate customizing recommendations to a client's specific business needs.
- Practice Contribution - Expected to contribute to the growth and vitality of the practice in various roles such as collateral development, case study compilation, and methodology development.
- MBA from a premier B-school/University.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, (of which time at least 80% of the consulting has been done to retail or consumer goods clients) OR 3+ years of experience working in retail or CPG enterprises in roles that have allowed participation in change initiatives and transformation programs related to cloud
- Must haveworking experience in Cloud Transformation and Optimization programs in MS Azure, AWS, or multiple Clouds for areas such as Cloud Assessment, Readiness, Implementation, Migration, IaaS/SaaS/PaaS, App Rationalization, Cloud Operations, CI/CD, Cloud Cost Optimization, Cloud Analytics etc.
- Must have good domain knowledge about Retail CPG areas such as supply chain, BI, ecommerce and channel operations, CRM and digital marketing, trade promotion management, sales force automation.
- Experience in being a key member of critical projects and initiatives
- Experience in Project Management activities using Agile methodologies
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Understanding of industry best practices in the retail and CPG space
- Preferred experience in interaction with senior leadership, even if occasional
- Must have a great executive presence and strong analytical & communication skills
- Preferably possesses certification awarded by professional body as Azure, AWS and or Agile scrum master certificate, PM/PO
