Role Overview

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications as part of the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain backend and/or frontend modules based on project requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper testing and defect resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation for developed modules and solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for development processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages (Java, Python, .NET, or as per project requirement).
• Experience with database management, API integration, and software development best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multi-location environment.
