    Role:
    Manager - Group Affinity Sales

    Location:
    New Delhi /Bengaluru/ Mumbai


    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional who has expertise in Group Affinity Sales in the insurance sector and has a proven track record of converting affinity sales in the insurance industry.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO :


    • Drives Sales/Partnership with affinity groups, such as Fintechs/Banks/Lending Groups/etc

    by:

    • Building the sales funnel of affinity groups
    • Pitching RIA's value proposition to the groups
    • Closing deals with affinity groups and ensuring that they go live
    • Execute a targeted sales strategy for affinity groups, focusing on health and life insurance products
    • Follow a structured sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Devote approximately 70% of working hours to ontheroad activities, including meetings with affinity groups
    • Managing Sales Pipeline KPIs
    • Business development to sales conversion
    • Accountbased targets
    • Overall business line targets
    • Coordinate with teams internally at RIA to go live with affinity groups
    REQUIREMENTS :


    • Minimum of 57 years of experience in affinity sales in the insurance industry
    • Experience in Affinity business
    • Across Sales & Distribution, Strategic Alliances
    • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
