    RoleOverview:

    As a Quantitative ClinicalResearcher you will spearhead our quantitative clinical researchinitiatives. You will be instrumentalin:

    Conducting rigorous research on digitalhealth interventions and spearheading publicationefforts.

    Independently performing data cleaningand quantitative data analysis.

    Supporting grantwriting and fostering collaborations with global researchinstitutions.

    Desirable TechnicalSkills:

    Advanced proficiency inMS Excel.

    Competence in statistical programmingwith R or Python.

    Experience in academic writingand research publication.

    Knowledge of thematicand content qualitativeanalysis.

    Leadership and TeamBuilding Capabilities:

    Engagewith all organizational levels including senior leadership andcrossfunctional teams.

    Excel in problemsolvingmanaging multiple projects and taskssimultaneously.

    Pursue scientific inquiry andresearch rigorously.

    Commit to maintaining thehighest standards of research ethics.

    Cultivatestrong professional relationships and foster a sense of ownershipand pride in contributing to the companyssuccess.

    Qualifications:

    Wewelcome candidates with Bachelors and above degrees who have astrong foundation in quantitative research. Backgrounds inpsychology statistics epidemiology sociology linguistics oranthropology are preferred particularly for those envisioning afuture in digital health.
