Naval Architect Position Overview

This is a contract role for a skilled Naval Architect located on-site in Kochi. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic engineering, stability calculations using Maxsurf, technical drawings, and calculations to ensure precision and adherence to project specifications.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead/Manage the team of Naval Architects/Engineers.


• Building the capability of the team by carrying regular training and supporting the recruitment process.


• Act as technical lead on projects with responsibility of delivering to organization quality deliver requirements.


• Interact with Central organization to define workload priorities and distribute work accordingly.


• Supervise graduate engineers & Naval Architects' work related tasks such as:

. Carry out naval architectural calculation prepare intact damage stable booklets varied vesseles from newbuilding conversion projects; Must have experience Probabilistic Damage Stability Calculation activities </ li.>
