    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team at Square Yards. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or related field
    • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
    • Knowledge of bulk hiring and mass hiring techniques
    • Ability to effectively screen and select candidates
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
    • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best fit candidates for different roles
    • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talent
    • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
    • Manage the onboarding and induction process for new employees
    • Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures
    • Assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives and programs
    • Manage employee relations and ensure a positive work environment
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
