- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of bulk hiring and mass hiring techniques
- Ability to effectively screen and select candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
