    Description

    Job Location: Kharkhoda

    Job Title: Maintenance Section Incharge (Condition Monitoring Cell)

    Job Role: Incharge for condition monitoring activities, motor rewinding, battery tools repair activities, central material receipt store, electronic drives repair and preventive maintenance, Material handling vehicles/scissor lift preventive maintenance and repair.

    Reporting To: Respective Department head

    Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics

    Work Experience (Years) in treasury activities: 14 to 20 Years

    Job Responsibilities


    • Condition monitoring activities like thermography, grease analysis, oil analysis and vibration monitoring.


    • Induction motor rewinding activities, shop battery tools repair activities


    • Electronic drives PM and repair activities.


    • Material handling equipment preventive maintenance and repair activities


    • Knowhow of ISO:9001/14000/45001 system


    • Spare parts procurement and planning for above repair activities.

    Competencies / Skills

    1.Condition monitoring activities and predictive maintenance technologies

    2.Scissor lift and hydraulic power pack operation and maintenance

    3.Mechanical drawings and parts knowledge

    4.Managerial skills

    5.Ability to prioritize & deploy resources, coordinate with production
