Overview

As the LeadData Scientist you will play a critical role in leveraging data todrive key business decisions and insights. You will lead a team ofdata scientists driving the development and implementation ofcuttingedge data science solutions to solve complex businessproblems.

• Lead and mentor ateam of data scientists in developing innovative datadrivensolutions.
• Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to identify and prioritize business challenges andopportunities.
• Design develop and implementadvanced machine learning algorithms and statisticalmodels.
• Lead the analysis of large complexdatasets to derive actionable insights.
• Developand maintain scalable efficient and automated processes forlargescale data analysis and modeldevelopment.
• Conduct indepth research toidentify emerging trends and technologies in data science andanalytics.
• Provide strategic guidance andrecommendations on datarelated decisions across theorganization.
• Communicate complex findings andinsights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and compellingmanner.
• Ensure the data science team adheres tobest practices and maintains high data qualitystandards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to drivecontinuous improvement in data infrastructure andarchitecture.
• Lead the exploration andimplementation of new tools and technologies to enhance the datascience capabilities of the team.
• Contribute tothe development of data science strategy androadmap.
• Stay updated on industry bestpractices and contribute to building a culture of knowledge sharingand continuous learning within the team.
• Leadand oversee the execution of data science projects fromconceptualization todelivery.

Requiredqualifications

RequiredQualifications:

• Masters or Ph.D. inComputer Science Statistics Applied Mathematics or a relatedfield.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in datascience and machine learning.
• Demonstratedexperience in leading and managing a team of datascientists.
• Proficiency in programminglanguages such as Python R or Java.
• Solidunderstanding of statistical analysis experimental design andhypothesis testing.
• Proven expertise indeveloping and implementing machine learning algorithms andmodels.
• Experience with big data technologiesand distributed computing platforms (e.g. HadoopSpark).
• Strong knowledge of data visualizationtools and techniques.
• Excellent problemsolvingskills and the ability to think critically andanalytically.
• Exceptional communication andpresentation skills with the ability to convey complex informationto diverse audiences.
• Handson experience withcloud platforms and services such as AWS orAzure.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment and manage multiple prioritieseffectively.
• Experience in leading thedevelopment and implementation of data science strategies andinitiatives.
• Strong project management skillsand ability to drive projects to successfulcompletion.
• Track record of driving businessimpact through datadriven insights andrecommendations.
