    Job description:

    We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing innovative strategies to increase company sales and profits. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and expand the company's customer base.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Identify new business opportunities in the IT sector and develop strategies to attract new clients.

    2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

    3. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

    4. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

    5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

    6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

    7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

    8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT sector.

    2. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

    3. Understanding of sales performance metrics.

    4. Excellent communication skills

    5. Time management and planning skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.

    2. Proficiency in English.
